Our Mission

United For Growth is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization combined with PAC and Super PAC structures to effectively advocate for change. We work at the intersection of community organizing, political engagement, and direct support for families.

Our approach is methodical and member-driven, ensuring that every action we take reflects the collective voice of our community.

Accountability

We hold businesses and government agencies accountable for their actions and decisions that affect our communities.

Transparency

We demand transparency in government operations and work to eliminate practices like qualified immunity that shield officials from accountability.

Community Support

We provide direct support to prisoners' families through childcare, financial assistance, food programs, and educational opportunities for children.

Empowerment

We train and support community members to run for office, develop worker-owned businesses, and become leaders in their neighborhoods.

Dialogue Committee

First point of contact for community issues. Investigates concerns, gathers facts, and presents findings to the Central Committee. Also handles public relations.

Files lawsuits on behalf of members and communities, challenges qualified immunity, and provides legal representation when needed.

Disciplinary & Integrity

Investigates internal complaints, addresses potential corruption, and ensures organizational integrity. Has authority to expel members for serious violations.

Treasury Department

Manages organizational finances with multiple accounts and controls to prevent any single point of failure or misuse of funds.

Central & City Leadership

Provides overall direction through elected leadership positions including President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, and Committee Directors at both central and local levels.

The Dialogue Committee investigates issues, gathers facts, and presents findings to the Central Committee.

The relevant committee and Central Committee evaluate the situation and recommend appropriate action.

Cities and members discuss through online platforms. Dissenting views are heard and considered.

The Dialogue Committee implements the decided action, which may include advocacy, boycotts, or legal measures.

Financial Transparency

We maintain strict financial controls to ensure accountability and prevent any single point of failure in our financial management.

Multiple Account Structure

Each program has a separate bank account held by a different designated person to prevent concentration of financial control.

Authorization Protocol

The Treasurer oversees the budget and authorizes payments, but disbursement requires separate account holders to execute transactions.

Regular Audits

The Disciplinary & Integrity Committee conducts regular financial audits to ensure proper use of funds and compliance with regulations.

Public Reporting

We maintain transparent financial records and provide regular reports to members and file required disclosures with regulatory agencies.
